Title: Director, Consulting Services
Duties:
Manage, design, implement, support and lead delivery of Supply Chain and Warehouse Management Solutions on Manhattan’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) platforms. Utilize C++, SQL, UNIX/LINUX scripting, WebSphere, JBoss, WebLogic, Oracle, DB2, etc. Configure, test, implement and support WMS systems. Determine, develop, and deliver innovative strategies and solutions for clients to promote efficiency and cost effectiveness. Map end-to-end logistical and inventory material warehouse flow. Identify productivity initiatives and the site and regional level. Involve in all aspects of UAT, SQL updates and reporting, training, and support. Provide warehouse process flow improvements, new projects design and training. Configure, test, implement and support WMS systems. Identify client operational requirements and convert to functional documents and solutions. Responsible for solution delivery process and provide planning, inception, scoping and definition to guide seamless integrated delivery of solutions. Design, test, support and document process for WMS related changes as required by operational requirement. Other similar duties.
Requirements
Requirements: BS or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering (any) or Technology or Related and 5 years of relevant progressive experience including at least 3 years’ experience in designing and delivering supply chain and warehouse management solutions using Manhattan platform (OR) MS or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering (any) or Technology or Related and 3 years’ experience in designing and delivering supply chain and warehouse management solutions using Manhattan platform
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Full Time. Travel involved to client locations within the US.

Duties:
Design, implement, support and lead delivery of Supply Chain and Warehouse Management Solutions on Manhattan’s platforms. Utilize MAWM, MA WMOS, KNAPP, Quicktron, Python, WMS Implementation, WMS Configuration, MHE Integration Agile, etc.; design/develop technical design documents; recommend solutions for technical issues; provide technical leadership for estimating and evaluating effort; identify client operational requirements and convert to functional documents and solutions; liaise between teams for successful implementation, completion, and close-out; coordinate and lead project delivery to ensure consistency of processes and methodologies across projects; other similar duties.
